Mr. Chalmers is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Energy Fuels, a position he has held since February 1, 2018. From July 1, 2017 to January 31, 2018, Mr. Chalmers was President and Chief Operating Officer of Energy Fuels, and from July 1, 2016 to July 1, 2017, he was Chief Operating Officer of the Corporation. From 2011 to 2015, Mr. Chalmers served as Executive General Manager of Production for Paladin Energy Ltd., a uranium producer with assets in Australia and Africa, including the Langer Heinrich and Kayelekera mines where, as head of operations, he oversaw sustained, significant increases in production while reducing operating costs. He also possesses extensive experience in in situ recovery (“ISR”) uranium production, including management of the Beverley Uranium Mine owned by General Atomics (Australia), and the Highland mine owned by Cameco Corporation (USA). Mr. Chalmers has also consulted to several of the largest players in the uranium supply sector, including BHP Billiton, Rio Tinto, and Marubeni, and until recently served as the Chair of the Australian Uranium Council, a position he held for 10 years. Mr. Chalmers is a registered professional engineer, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from the University of Arizona.
Mark Chalmers

Over 40 years of professional experience as an environmental scientist and engineer dealing with issues of environmental protection and remediation. Primarily in the context of uranium mining covering all aspects of the uranium production cycle, including rehabilitating abandoned uranium mines. More recently, dealing with issues of radioactive waste management involving naturally occurring radioactive material (NORM).
Worked in a wide range of climates and cultural settings, including Traditional Aboriginal landowners in Australia and local populations in Central Asia. Experience as a team leader/project manager for studies and technical assistance programs.
Acted as an Assistant Secretary in the Australian Federal Environment Department, also sitting as a Government representative at national and international meetings in Australia and overseas. Worked with the International Atomic Energy Agency of the United Nations (IAEA) on document preparation and training in Vienna and overseas. 2003 and 2004 elected to the Board of Chartered Professionals for Australasia; Vice Chair of the Board for 2004.Author of more than 60 technical papers, conference presentations and major reports. IAEA staff in Vienna from 2004 to 2008 as the waste safety specialist working on decommissioning and residue safety in relation to naturally occurring radioactive materials (NORM), uranium mining and depleted uranium. Duty stations were in Central Asia, South America, Africa, the Middle East, Far East and Europe. Also a member of the Panel of Experts for the World Bank financed Disaster Hazard Mitigation Project, Mailuu Suu, Kyrgyzstan and the Plenary and Regulation and Monitoring Working Groups of the Groupe Expertise Pluraliste des Mines Limousin, France. Since March 2008 working independently as a consultant, primarily with the IAEA. Since June 2011 Assistant Director and Chief Mining Engineer in the Department of Resources of the Northern Territory Government, Australia. Finished work at NTG in May 2019.

Guy is the Portfolio Manager for the Tribeca Nuclear Energy Opportunities Strategy which invests in the equity and debt of companies involved in the nuclear energy industry with a key focus on the uranium sector. As a senior member of the Tribeca Global Natural Resources investment team, Guy also provides valuable insight and supply and demand modelling across key commodities such as iron ore, base and precious metals, leveraging over two decades of global commodity trading experience including 15 years as Head of Asia Base Metals Trading at Macquarie Bank. He holds a Bachelor of Social Science majoring in Economics from UNSW and a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University, Sydney.
Guy Keller

Mr Borshoff is an experienced mining executive and geologist with more than 40 years of uranium industry experience. He spent 17 years at the start of his career as a senior geologist and manager of the Australian activities of German uranium miner Uranerz.
In 1993, following the withdrawal of Uranerz from Australia, Mr Borshoff founded Paladin Energy Ltd. He built the company from a junior explorer into a multi-mine uranium producer with a global asset base and valuation of more than US$5 billion at its peak.
At Paladin, Mr Borshoff led the team that completed the drill out, feasibility studies, financing, construction, commissioning and safe operation of the first two conventional uranium mines built in the world for 20 years. He also oversaw numerous successful, large public market transactions including acquisitions and major capital raisings before leaving Paladin in 2015.
Mr Borshoff is recognised as a global uranium industry expert and has a vast international network across the uranium and nuclear industries, as well as the mining investment market. He has a Bachelor of Science (Geology) from the University of Western Australia and is a Fellow of both the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.
He is a member of the Uranium Forum within the Minerals Council of Australia (of which he is a former Board member) and sits on the Council of the Namibian Chamber of Mines.
Mr Borshoff was appointed Managing Director in October 2016.

Mr Heili has spent the bulk of his 30+-year professional career in the uranium mining industry. Prior to joining Peninsula he most recently served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Ur-Energy, Inc. where he successfully oversaw the design, construction, commissioning and ramp-up of the Lost Creek in-situ uranium project in Wyoming USA.
Prior to joining Ur-Energy, Inc., Mr Heili served as Operations Manager of the Christensen/Irigaray in-situ uranium mines in Wyoming and has experience in ISR and conventional uranium mines in Texas. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Metallurgical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and is a past President of the Uranium Producers of America.

Mr Bowes is a process engineer with ~28 years’ experience in metallurgy, mining operations and project development. He worked in Africa, South America and Australia for some of the world’s major mining houses before moving into the small caps / junior exploration space in 2013.
He has led various study teams that have developed a number of projects including the Panda Hill Niobium Project located in Tanzania, the Honeymoon Uranium Project in South Australia, Sovereign Metal’s Graphite Project in Malawi and Superior Lake Resource’s Zinc Project in Ontario, Canada.
Mr Bowes holds a BSc Chemical Engineering degree and is currently Managing Director for Lotus Resources, which has the Kayelekera Uranium Project in northern Malawi.

Mr Craib is Managing Director and CEO having joined the company on 9 January 2017. He is a Chartered Accountant by profession specialising in the mining, having gained vast experience in executive roles held in Australia, United Kingdom, Namibia, and China. For the past 12 years Mr Craib’s career has been dedicated to the uranium industry.
Prior to commencing with Boss Energy, Mr Craib served as Finance Director to Swakop Uranium (Pty) Ltd and was heavily involved in the US$2.5 billion development and construction of its world class Husab uranium mine in Namibia. Its principal shareholder CGN, is the largest nuclear power operator in China and largest nuclear power constructor world-wide. Husab was commissioned in 2016, upon which Mr Craib was recruited to join Boss Energy.

Jodie has over 25 years’ experience in the development and implementation of industry driven competency frameworks, and over fifteen years involvement in nationally accredited training package/product development specifically in the resources and infrastructure sectors.
Jodie has a lead role in the Australian national competency framework for the resources and infrastructure industry as Chair of the Metalliferous Mining Industry .Reference Committee, and as a representative on both the Drilling and Coal Mining committees.
The Resources and Engineering Skills Alliance (RESA) is the primary skills and workforce development advisory agency for the mining and energy industry sectors in South Australia, providing state representation in national forums and connecting with the best of Australian practice for the benefit of South Australians.
RESA is extensively involved in the development of training and education frameworks to support the workforce priorities of the mineral resources industry sector including advising school to work pathways, traineeship and apprenticeship priorities, and supporting higher education and professional development opportunities.

Nicholas Crowther has recently joined the MCA to advocate on behalf of the uranium industry as a global zero-emissions energy source, looking towards domestic nuclear energy as future part of Australia’s energy mix.
Previously, Nicholas has worked with Federal government on uranium policy and exports – particularly around the proposed expansion of Olympic Dam, the impacts of the Fukushima incident, and oversight of Ranger uranium mine. From 2018 to early 2022, he worked in stakeholder management and public relations for the Australian Radioactive Waste Agency on establishment of the National Radioactive Waste Management Facility.

Ms Swaby is an experienced mining executive with a broad skillset across a range of corporate, finance and governance areas.
She has spent over 35 years working with natural resources companies in numerous roles including Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary, Director and corporate advisor. Ms Swaby worked at Paladin for the period 1993 – 2015 in the capacity as Executive Director for 10 years and as GM – Corporate Affairs. She had a key role in managing the company’s growth through mine development, operation, acquisition and exploration. This role included responsibility for the Company’s complex corporate, legal, human relations and corporate social responsibility programs as an operating uranium miner in multiple African countries.
Ms Swaby holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, and the Governance Institute of Australia.
Ms Swaby joined the Deep Yellow Board in October 2005 as Non-executive Director. Her role changed to that of Executive Director, on a consulting basis, effective 1 November 2016.
She is a member of the WA Council of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
